Why book a return transfer?

By booking your return, you have peace of mind and less hassle during your departure day.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Ayia Napa, so for daily taxi collections and local pickups we transfer people in the surrounding areas, including Protaras, Paralimni and Larnaca. We are ideally placed to be your holiday taxi company, but equally offer regular trips to assist with regular journeys and to Larnaca and Paphos Airports. In addition to local pickups and drop offs, we also offer countrywide tours in Cyprus.

What to do if I don't know the full address?

I can't find my destination.

Vtaxis tries to cover the whole of Cyprus, in the event that you are unable to locate your destination within our booking system, simply fill the request form and we will get back to you with a quote.

Do I get confirmation of my booking?

Yes of course, as soon as you book through our booking systems you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. Should you wish to book through any of our other methods you will receive the appropriate confirmation emailing/messaging applications/calls

Do you take late bookings?

Vtaxis accepts last minute bookings by phone +357 96439319 / +357 99331883. Our online booking system allows you to book your transfer up to 12 hours prior to your planned transfer.

Cancelling my booking
Bookings can be cancelled by emailing vtaxiscy@gmail.com up to 24 hours prior to your transfer.

How can I change my booking?
If you need to change an existing booking please email vtaxiscy@gmail.com, and we will of course try our best to accommodate your request.
Are the prices per taxi or per person?
All our prices are per vehicle/taxi
Do I need to pay in advance for my taxi or airport transfer?

We generally take a 10%-20% deposit for our airport transfers to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, card or bank balance.

Are there any extra charges on?

No, our prices are fixed and are clearly indicated during the booking process, but you may wish to order additional services at an extra cost.

My flight is delayed, do you charge extra

Vtaxis does not charge any fees or extra charges for flight delays.

My flight has changed. Can I reschedule my transfer?

Depending on the amount of notice, we should be able to reschedule your transfer, providing we have availability for the new time/date. Call us with the details of your new flight and we will try our best to accommodate the change. 

Do the prices listed on your website apply for all methods of booking?

Prices listed on our website are generally valid only for online bookings.

Our flight is delayed, what do we do?

We monitor your flight, based on your flight number you provided at the time of booking so any inflight changes will be known to us. If you contact us as well, it will be greatly appreciated. 

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive at the airport or station?

All our airport transfers come with a complimentary meet and greet service at the airport; our driver will meet you as inside the arrivals halss. Our driver will be easy to spot, with a board showing the lead passengers name.

We will always offer to help with your luggage if you would like too.

What if I cannot locate my driver?

In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver please give us a call on +357 96439319 or +357 9933188, these are our 24/7 emergency number and we will assist you in locating your driver.

Are you transfers shared or private?

All our transfers are private transfers so the vehicle is for your exclusive use. 

Can you arrange for collections from more than one location?

Collecting from multiple locations is possible but depending on the locations an extra charge might be incurred. When you book, simply let us know the details of your collection points in the notes section and we will quote you accordingly, if applicable.

Where do you drop-off and pick up passengers, do you drive directly from my hotel/villa/accommodation/destination?

We drive you directly to your hotel/villa/accommodation/destination with nice vehicles and courteous drivers. With over 30 years of experience you can rest assured of a comfortable and safe journey.

Do you provide a child seat for an infant (0-1 age), baby seats or booster?

Vtaxis provides all the necessary seats for the safe travel of infants/babies and children at no additional cost.

Are children considered passengers?

All children are considered passengers, irrespective of their age. When you are booking a transfer, you may order child seats and your driver will install them for safety purposes.

Can we carry extra items such as child seats, bikes, training gear, gold bags, skis etc?

Depending on your needs please book the appropriate vehicle and we will of course try to ensure that all your items fit in the car, kindly mention any optional extras such as these through the booking process.

Do you take wheelchairs?

Unfortunately, at the moment our vehicles do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles of our own, but our drivers will always try to assist all our guests to have a comfortable ride. 

If someone in your party is traveling with a battery operated wheelchair or a mobility scooter, please mention this in the additional information box. We can generally respond to your request within 24 hours.

Are your company's vehicles licensed and fully insured?

Vtaxis vehicles are fully licensed, insured and abide by all the relevant rules and regulations of the Cyprus government.

What is the luggage allowance?

Every vehicle has different luggage capacity, during your booking process, next to each vehicle the maximum luggage capacity of each vehicle is clearly indicated.

Vtaxis is not liable for any loss of personal items. Please make sure that after your drop off, that all your personal belongings you have taken with you.

In case that something is left in our vehicles, kindly contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you, and if indeed the item is found in our vehicle, then we will be able to retrieve it back to you.

Do you carry animals in one of your vehicles?

We are happy to transfer animals, provided they are properly restrained or are in an appropriate carrier. Please let us know the details in the additional information box when you book a transfer.
